Behold, the beginning of our handcrafted meads. We use locally sourced Wilkes County raw honey, which is stirred by hand daily and fermented until dry. This process leaves behind lovely scents of wild Appalachian wildflowers and yeast on a river of golden honey. We make it using the ancient over-wintering method. It's simply delicious and perfect for any occasion. It has a 14% alcohol by volume (ABV).
